How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Yes — you can checkout without creating an account. We recommend registering to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 3 PM (Bulgarian time) on business days are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €40. For orders below €40, shipping is €3.50 to an Econt office and €4.99 to your address.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Bulgaria — to every city, town, and village. Currently we ship only within Bulgaria; international delivery is not yet available.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 24 hours throughout Bulgaria. Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and most other locations receive their order the next business day after dispatch.

Can I choose a courier office or home delivery?

Yes — at checkout you can choose home delivery to any address in Bulgaria, or pickup at the nearest Speedy or Econt office.

Contact our support team at sokobeauty@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a return form within 1 business day, which you'll need to include with the parcel when shipping it back.
