Processing & delivery

Orders placed before 3 PM (Bulgarian time) on business days are processed the same day and typically arrive within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Every city, town, and village in Bulgaria. Nationwide coverage with no remote-area surcharges. We deliver only within Bulgaria.

Tracking your order

A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track orders from your account page.
