Return policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
How to return

Email sokobeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

We'll send you a return form within 1 business day. Include it with the parcel when shipping it back to us.

Pack the items securely and drop them off at any designated carrier location.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3 business days as a store credit voucher for future orders.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as a store credit voucher for future orders within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at sokobeauty@gmail.com with a photo. We'll replace or refund immediately.
