Terms of service.

By using sokobeauty.bg or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the site.

The Soko Beauty online store is operated by ИНЕРС ЕООД, a company registered in Bulgaria with Unified Identification Code (EIK) 208940293 and registered office at: 14 Ana Feliksova Str., 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. In these terms, “Soko”, “we” and “our” refer to ИНЕРС ЕООД, while “you” and “your” refer to you as the customer.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 or have consent from a parent or guardian. When you create an account:

• You warrant that the information provided is true and current
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret
• You’re responsible for all activity on your account

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse it at our discretion, for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver it.

All prices are in EUR. We are not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act and charge no VAT on orders. Payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store your full card number - it is handled securely by Stripe; for a saved card we keep only the brand and the last 4 digits.

We do our best to keep prices and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an incorrect price in your cart, we’ll let you know before processing the order. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Out-of-stock products are marked on the site. If you’d like us to reserve one for you when it’s restocked, contact us.

We deliver throughout Bulgaria. You’ll see the delivery time and cost in your cart before payment. Delivery is free on orders from €40.99.

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If there’s an issue with a product you’ve already opened, such as a defect or an adverse reaction, email us at info@sokobeauty.bg so we can look into it.

The text, images, design and logo on the site belong to Soko Beauty or our partners. You may not copy, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to scrape data or place orders
• Post fake reviews or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization

To the extent permitted by law, Soko Beauty is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data related to your use of the site. Product information is for general information only and does not replace advice from a dermatologist.

If you have a skin concern or condition, consult a medical professional before using a new product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it by mutual agreement. If we can’t, the dispute will be referred to the competent court under applicable law.

We may update these terms if legal requirements, our services or the way the site works change. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the site at least 14 days in advance. Changes won’t affect orders placed before they take effect.
