Terms of service.

By using sokobeauty.com or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service is provided by Soko Beauty, registered in Bulgaria. "Soko", "we", "our" refer to the company. "You" and "your" refer to you as a customer.

To place orders you must be 18 or older (or have parent/guardian consent). When you create an account:

• You warrant that the information provided is true and current
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret
• You are responsible for all activity from your account

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver).

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store your full card number — it's handled securely by Stripe; for a saved card we keep only the brand and last 4 digits.

We aim to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If a price in your cart is wrong, we'll let you know before processing the order and give you the option: confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Out-of-stock products will be marked as such. We don't take reservations.

We ship across Bulgaria. Shipping times and prices are on a dedicated page and shown in the cart before checkout. Free shipping for orders over €40.

You have the right to return a product within 3 days of receiving it, if it's unopened and in its original packaging. This is a statutory right under European consumer rules.

For opened products that have an issue (e.g. allergic reaction or defect) — write to sokobeauty@gmail.com and we'll find a solution.

Everything on the site — text, images, design, logo — is the property of Soko Beauty or our partners. You cannot copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

When using the site you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts for scraping or ordering
• Post fake reviews or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization

Soko Beauty is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data caused by use of the service. Product information is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for dermatologist consultation.

If you have a specific skin condition, consult a medical professional before introducing a new product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of dispute, the parties first attempt to resolve it in good faith. If that fails — jurisdiction lies with the court at Soko Beauty's registered address.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on-site notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
